You will be part of the GMS Service Desk Solution team. We are an international team with members on three different continents and internal customers all over the world.
Our main focus is to provide a stable and modern platform to deliver support services to all NTT DATA Business Solutions customers.
■ shared responsibility in application ownership (participation on architectural decisions, such as tool strategy, design & interface implementation)
■ operating & enhancing the global NTT DATA Business Solutions Customer Portal & Service Desk Application based on SAP Solution Manager
■ Specification of concept and implementation/development of new functionality in close collaboration with the Service Desk Solution team members
■ Orchestrating of development activities with agile mindset: planning, developing, and delivering (releasing - including transport management), e.g. using scrum, kanban, …
■ Very good knowledge in ABAP development and with the ABAP Workbench Development Environment
■ Knowledge about Web-Services, Web APIs and ideally as well the SAP Gateway Service Builder
■ Finding process oriented solutions and discussing & aligning them with the different stakeholders
■ Experienced in analyzing business requirements and turning those into functional & technical designs, which then will be implemented/developed
■ Autonomous/independent style of work, teamwork and good communication style
■ Very good English & good German skills
