Regional SIOP & Performance Manager (m/f/d)

• Orchestrate the monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations (SIOP) planning process with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Production and Distribution locations and others
• Develop and improve SIOP planning and performance management processes and tools
• Act as interface between Sales, Finance, Engineering, Locations and Supply Chain and ensure smooth collaboration and communication
• Act as interface between local and regional SIOP activities and support EMEA locations while establishing Local SIOP & Performance management
• Act as mediator between several locations in the regional and global Knorr-Bremse manufacturing and distribution network for sales and operations planning including capacity, inventory and demand planning as well as performance management
• Support the Head of Regional SIOP while preparing and conducting the regional SIOP meetings

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or Business Administration with Supply Chain focus
• More than three years of work experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment
• Several years of experience in a planning and process improvement role or as part of a SIOP process in a global company
• Very good knowledge in relevant SAP modules (e.g. IBP, R/3, APO, BW) and MS Office applications
• Very good English and German language skills
• Very good communication skills
• Very high adaptability, resilience and flexibility
• High affinity to managing and improving processes
