Aufgaben
- Orchestrate the monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations (SIOP) planning process with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Production and Distribution locations and others
- Develop and improve SIOP planning and performance management processes and tools
- Act as interface between Sales, Finance, Engineering, Locations and Supply Chain and ensure smooth collaboration and communication
- Act as interface between local and regional SIOP activities and support EMEA locations while establishing Local SIOP & Performance management
- Act as mediator between several locations in the regional and global Knorr-Bremse manufacturing and distribution network for sales and operations planning including capacity, inventory and demand planning as well as performance management
- Support the Head of Regional SIOP while preparing and conducting the regional SIOP meetings
Profil
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or Business Administration with Supply Chain focus
- More than three years of work experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment
- Several years of experience in a planning and process improvement role or as part of a SIOP process in a global company
- Very good knowledge in relevant SAP modules (e.g. IBP, R/3, APO, BW) and MS Office applications
- Very good English and German language skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very high adaptability, resilience and flexibility
- High affinity to managing and improving processes
